1. Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company ?

   A: Quanzhou Feiyue Paper Products are 100% factory for more than 10 years and our facotory is 6000+ square meters.

2. Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM?

   A: Yes, you just need to send us your design, we will offer our best quotation within 48 hours.

3. Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?

   A: Stock Samples could be free, and we can deliver them out immediately. For customized samples (customized materials, customized dimension or customized artwork), we would require sample charge and usually they will be completed within 3-10days.  

4. Q: Can you do the design artwork for us?

    A: Yes, We have a professional team with rich experience in designing paper products. For simple designs, we can do it for free, but we would consider to take design fee if you need something detailed design.

5. Q: What kind of artwork file format I should provide you for printing?

    A: PDF and AI formats are the best, CDR or PSD files would be workable too.

6. Q: How can you ensure the quality inspection?

   A: During the whole order process, we would check the process step by step and will supply you the pictures. Also we can accept 3rd inspection from your side.
